The American Association of University Women is inviting prospective fellows to apply for the 2021 edition of it annual fellowship program. On a yearly basis, AAUW award women applying for various fellowship programs in the United States with a fully-funded scholarship package to help the women complete their programs in the United States.
The AAUW International fellowship program aims to sponsor women who are not US citizens or permanent residents. Applicants must show they have citizenship in countries other than the United States. The fellowship is open to graduate programs such Master’s degree, PhD and postdoctoral programs.
Applicants who are selected into this program would be awarded the fellowship amount ranging from $18,000 to $30,000 depending on the level of study they enrol into. Please note that this highly competitive financial aid program for women and as such, only women who possess superior academic record would be granted the fellowship.

- You must be an International student
- Must have completed your previous academic study before the AAUW fellowship deadline 15, November 2020
- Must be applying for full-time study
- Must have plans of returning to your country to pursue a career on completion of your fellowship in the United States
- Must command a good written and spoken English language skills
