According to the USA embassy, the DV-2022 entry period which began on October 3 is now confirmed closed.
However, the USA embassy has also confirmed that due to a technical issue, all the entries submitted during October 3-10 are not valid (this means that the system excluded all those entries, and therefore they will not count as a duplicate entry.
The DV-2022 registration period was from October entries, 2021, until November 22, 2022. It is important to note that it is only the entries submitted between October 18, 2021, at noon, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (GMT-4), and November 22, 2022, at noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST) (GMT-4) will be accepted and considered for selection in the USA DV-2022 lottery.
As it stands now, those that submitted an entry for the USA DV-2022 lottery during October 3-10, are affected by this issue, and they are advised by the USA embassy to discard any confirmation number or other documentation because it is unfortunate that it won’t count as a duplicate entry nor considered in the USA DV-2022 lottery selection.
Canada and Australia Visa
We suggest not focusing only on how to apply for the U.S.A VISA Lottery 2022 since it is just a country that offers such a service. There is potentially an option regarding different kinds of VISA to apply for apart from U.S.A VISA Lottery 2022.
Although, each type of application will depend on factors such as the applicant’s circumstances, country of origin, and purpose for the VISA application.
Hence, we’ve identified Canada and Australia as vibrant and flourishing countries to consider for VISA application, but not exhaustive. We strongly recommend considering and exploring VISA applications with countries such as Australia and Canada, etc.
