The Swinburne University of technology is inviting international students to apply for this year’s edition of its annual scholarship programs available to both undergraduate and graduate degree programs. The Swinburne International Excellence Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarships is a merit-based partially funded scholarship designed to cover some percentage of the tuition of selected students.

The Swinburne University of Technology is a public research university established as far back as 1908 in Melbourne Australia. The foremost higher institution of learning and research top university rated in Australia’s top 20 universities. It welcomes student from around the world and there are over 7000 students currently enrolled in different programs in the University.

Host University/ Country – the Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia
Academic level – Bachelor degree and master’s level
Discipline – Bachelor degree programs available in the university except for Aviation related courses
Master’s degree – study coursework and research works offered at the university
Scholarship Award – The scholarship would cover between 10 – 75% of the tuition fee of selected students.
The scholarship is renewable for up to 4years of undergraduate studies and up to 2years for graduate programs.
Note this is not a fully-funded program and as such, selected scholars would be required to complete the remaining fee.
Nationality – International students. Citizens and permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand may not apply for this scholarship
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must meet the following –
- Applicants are expected to have attained a minimum of 60% GPA from their previous studies.
- Applicants may not hold any other scholarship from the university
- Applicants must satisfy the English language proficiency test.
